Information Coordinator, Ukraine Civil Society Emergency Response Forum
Olivia joined the Immigrant Council as a Coordination Support Officer in May 2022, providing support on the Ukraine Civil Society Emergency Response Forum to secure the needs of Ukrainian nationals in Ireland. Olivia holds a Bachelor degree of Philology and Translation in English, French from V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University and a Masters in International Relations from Coventry University. She has an interest in the non-profit sector and cultures. Olivia speaks 7 languages, 5 of which fluently. She has a 10-year experience in a multicultural environment cooperating with a number of NGOs. In her early career, she was an active participant of the All-Ukrainian Association for youth Cooperation “Alternative-V” taking part in a number of international volunteer projects, international conferences and training courses on human rights. She was elected Delegate for a Model EU 2014 Conference in Coventry, UK participating as a member of the European Parliament representing Italy in the Committee of Women’s rights and Gender equality. In 2013 Olivia attended The 13th World Summit of Nobel peace prize laureates in Warsaw, Poland.
