Fundraise

A group of excited young people

Thank you so much for wanting to defend migrant rights and equality by fundraising for us! The Immigrant Council doesn't receive any direct funding from the Government, so we depend on donations and fundraising to be able to do our work.

Below you will find different ways you can raise funds to support our work defending the rights of migrants and their loved ones, fighting racism, and encouraging immigration reform in Ireland.

If you have any questions about fundraising or donations send us an email.

Hold your own fundraiser

Fundraise on Facebook

Through Facebook, you can create an online fundraiser that lets you collect donations from your friends and family to support the work of the Immigrant Council.

Donations through Facebook are safe, secure and can be made using a credit or debit card or PayPal. Facebook automatically transfers any funds raised directly into our bank account, so you don't have to do a thing - just ask your friends!

Create a Facebook fundraiser

Create an online fundraising page through JustGiving

Through JustGiving, a social network for good, you can quickly and easily create an online fundraising page to collect donations from your friends and family to support our work.

Once you create a page, you can personalise it with a photo and your story, and share it by email and social media to get the word out. Funds raised automatically get transferred to the Immigrant Council's bank account, so you don't have to worry about sending in money or anything.

Create a JustGiving page

Create an online fundraising page through iDonate.ie
